Individual & COUPLES Therapy

I support 1st gen/BIPOC adults in navigating relationships, anxiety, & healing remnants of childhood trauma. I use a somatic, holistic & culturally  responsive approach to support clients in moving through fears & beliefs that get in the way of connection. I believe my clients are resilient, resourceful, and hold the capacity to change. I aim to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space for clients to heal. My work with individuals/couples incorporates a variety of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities, mind-body techniques, and cultural practices.  


What brings you here? Possibly there is a longing for more with uncertainty of what that can look like, how to get there, and where to begin. Perhaps prior means of coping no longer work and have become counterproductive or insufficient leading to feelings of self-doubt or questioning your worth/relationship. Maybe, there isn't a healthy role model or support system and you would benefit from an empathic ear, guidance, and a reminder that there is a way through. Wherever you find yourself on your healing path, my hope is that you find something here to support you on your journey. 

Reiki Energy Limpia

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used for balancing energy, reducing stress, relaxation, meditation and supporting the body’s inherent ability to heal itself. A limpia is a spiritual and energetic cleansing that incorporates various traditional modalities to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit of heavy or negative energies. I combine both for a unique experience.  

Community Healing

Women's Circle

Through heartfelt expression and empathic listening, Circle offers an opportunity for introspection, to uncover unexpressed needs, and to heal in community. 


Circle is a practice of speaking and listening from the heart. Through compassionate, heartfelt expression and empathic listening; Women’s Circle promotes a non-hierarchical form of deep communication. Circle involves practicing introspection, community healing and offers effective means of working through conflict and uncovering  deeper, often unexpressed needs. 


Participation in Women’s Circle does not constitute a therapeutic relationship and is not meant to treat/diagnose or be used in lieu of medical/clinical care.

Community Care Energy Limpia

A donation-based offering for those who are in need of being held & supported in reconnecting to themselves.


A limpia/energy healing is a spiritual and energetic cleansing using different traditional modalities to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit of  negative energies. Energy healing promotes a sense of embodiment,  relaxation & reduced mental/physical tension supporting a deeper  connection to self & can stand alone or supplement psychotherapy.


This is an offering from my heart to yours. While a donation is  suggested to honor both my effort & energy, it is not a requirement. Participation in Community Care Energy Limpia does not constitute a therapeutic  relationship and is not meant to treat/diagnose or be used in lieu of  medical/clinical care.


FEES

Individual & COUPLES Therapy

The rate for a 60-minute individual therapy session is $145 & $175 for a 60-minute couples therapy session. I am able to provide you with a monthly superbill (itemized receipt of services) for potential reimbursement through your insurance. 

Please check with your insurance provider about out-of-network benefits. I offer limited short-term sliding scale fees for those who are experiencing hardship. 

Reiki/Energy Limpia

The rate for a 75-minute reiki/energy limpia session is $145. I offer a monthly donation-based reiki/energy limpia for those who are in need of being held & supported in reconnecting to themselves but are unable to afford my full rate (schedule via link on home page).  

Woman's Circle

The rate for each Circle is $15 per person. Donation-based Women's Circles are occasionally offered. 

Payment is due at the time of service.

I accept payment via cash, Zelle, HSA, and credit/debit processed through Ivy Pay.

Cancellation policy

Scheduling an appointment involves setting time aside specifically for you. I ask that you contact me with a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I understand emergencies happen, if this is the case, the  full fee will be charged & you can reschedule without an additional charge. Outside of this exception, the full fee will be charged for late cancellations.
